One goalkeeper, two defenders, two midfielders, a winger and a forward are the reinforcements that Eusebio will have from Juvenil A for next season. Bañuz, Ayala, Grimaldo, Patric, Miguel Ángel, Quintillà, and Dongou are the seven players chosen for promotion to Barça B.
Cameroonian forward Jean-Marie Dongou, at the tender age of 16, has scored his first goal for Barcelona’s B squad, providing the winner in Sunday’s 2-1 victory over Alcoyano in the Spanish second division. Dongou, who scored with his first touch of the ball, was recently promoted to the B side after scoring 21 times for the Juvenil team earlier in the season. Many observers have pointed to Dongou, initially recruited by former Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o, as one of the brightest prospects to climb out of Barcelona’s youth system.

Last week FC Barcelona’s Juvenil A side, coached by Oscar Garcia, managed to get a win against neighbor city team Gimnastic de Tarragona. The 0-2 victory came thanks to goals scored by two marvellous players, Dongou and Grimaldo.

The young lads from La Masia have put on a great show for the fans, emerging victorious against Celtic. They scored a first team style “Manita” for a final scoreline of 5-1. Patric, Dongou – who got a hat trick -, and Sandro were the scorers for the Oscar Garcia managed team. The amazing part is that only five minutes after kickoff they had scored two already!
FC Barcelona’s Juvenil A side have won with an awesome performance against French side Olympique de Marseille (4-1) in a duel fully filled with excitement and with great football. Dongou with a hat trick was the hero and main man of the show.

MOM: Ruben Rochina, was clearly a level above everyone on the pitch, showed pure class in both finishing and technical ability.

MOM: Gael Etock, star of the round. Scored an amazing super hattrick and proved again why he is one of the most promising stirkers to be playing at La Masia.

MOM: Sergi Gomez, the Spain U-18 international was solid as a rock as he made some crucial tackles in the opening minutes combined with some neat passing. Capped his day with a towering header to seal the victory for his team. Other honourable mentions for the MOM are Albert Dalmau, Isaac Cuenca, Ruben Rochina.
National Youth League (Juvenil B):
FC Barcelona B 3-0 Badalona CF
Goals: Gael Etock (16) 3
MOM: Gael Etock, was sent back to Juvenil B, so he could gain some experience rather than being a supersub with the Juvenil A’s and he produced arguably the performance of the week for La Masia (with permission from Fran Alvarez of the Infantil A). Scored an exquisite hattrick and formed a great forward line with Gerard Deulofeu and Gio Chanturia.

Goals: Edu Campabadal (16) 1
MOM: It was a good overall game despite the loss, it was two poor defensive mistakes that cost us the game. Nobody really produced the individual magic needed to deserve the MOM.
