Arsenal midfielder and former Barcelona youth player Francesc “Cesc” Fabregas (22), recently stated in an interview with British newspaper The Sun that he was flattered by the earlier statements of Barcelona player Xavi Hernandez reiterating his desire for Fabregas to play with the Catalan club. Fabregas, however, said that for the moment the best thing for him is to stay with Arsenal.
