According to Catalan radio station RAC1, FC Barcelona sports vice president Josep Maria Bartomeu was in London on Tuesday, negotiating the signing of Arsenal midfielder and Cameroon international Alex Song (24), an operation that could be closed in the coming hours.
FC Barcelona have announced the signings of Seville FC forward Luis Alberto (19) and Nastic right back Sergio Juste (20). Both players have passed their customary medical tests with the club, and signed their Barcelona B contracts.

FC Barcelona have closed the season 2011/12 with record revenues and profits, as announced by the clubs financial vice-president Javier Faus. During the season 2011/12, the club earned €494.9 million, while expenses were revealed to be €441.1 million. Operating profits were recorded at €125.8 million, Profits before taxes at €53.7M, and the Net profit at €48.8 million. The Net debt, which was €420 million two years ago, has now been downgraded to €335 million.

Gerard Deulofeu was the star on the night with two goals and the decisive spot kick in the shoot-out victory against France, as Spain reached a third straight UEFA European Under-19 Championship final. But speaking to UEFA.com after the match, the FC Barcelona winger was quick to share the credit, “This isn’t a team, this is a family,” he said.
