The previous record was held by Ruch Chorzów forward, Teodor Peterek, where the Polish striker scored 22 goals in 16 matches between 1937 and 1938. The article states that all international transfers can only occur if the player involved is at least 18 years of age. The young player, dubbed the “Korean Messi”, has missed the last two games with the Cadete B team, one a friendly in Qatar and the other against CD Mariano Poblet, which they won 7-0.

Audible racist chants, lasers aimed at players and referees alike, as well as other derogatory chants were seen and heard during yesterday’s semi-final match in the Copa del Rey. There was even an instance of a cigarette lighter being thrown at FC Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué after a last ditch challenge on Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo. After the increasing reports of racial abuse toward players throughout the world, one wonders how this can and should be dealt with.

The conversation revolved around the decision of Victor Valdés not to renew his contract, as well as mentions of Guardiola, the second leg of the Copa del Rey tie, and Iniesta’s own future at the club. The Barcelona midfielder echoed the sentiments of Tito Vilanova and had nothing but praise for the 31-year-old goalkeeper.

It will be difficult (to replace him), but that is the job of the club and the staff. Right now, I’m not thinking of alternatives or other goalkeepers. My goalkeeper is Victor and he’ll continue to be until the final day he is here. He continues to be our goalkeeper.”
