Only two weeks remain in January but FC Barcelona will still dispute five more matches before the end of the month, including two meetings with Real Madrid. Our frantic January is outlined below:

I don't know if I'd take it that far. But yea, Real look the real deal this season. They have won everywhere where we lost points, Valencia, Espanyol, Sociedad; they also beat Getafe and Sevilla. Our away form has been mediocre to say the least. Even Messi only has 1 goal away from the Camp. These are not the stats of champions. If Guardiola doesn't do something quickly then the Clasico at the Camp Nou will be quite useless.
They look bad. They dont look like the real deal. If we were playing like they do, we would demand instant improvement of the play. They are lucky with the ref unlike us, who have been cheated for countless points this season. All teams have bad days, its impossible not to have them. But on our bad days, the 12th man ref is simply too much for us.

I don't know man. If you put it that way, how different is it from Mourinho's infamous list in the post-Sevilla game interview? These things happen and good teams rise above. We can complain all we want but the fact of the matter is that Real Madrid are 8pts clear. They've won 8 time away from home. No matter what excuses we come up with, we have been below par away from home, where titles are won.
Remember how annoying Madrid's calls of Villarrato every bloody day were? Well no we're in their place. So what should we do, behave like they do?

They are exactly like us in last season.we won almost whole our games till round 23 (only 1 lost,1 draw) these points were impact in last champ and now madrid add all points especialy away games.

It is certainly the refs fault that we are behind RM in the table so far. You can like it or not, but just because we dont play the teams off the park in our away matches doesnt mean we deserve to be cheated by the ref.

No it wouldnt. RM dont play any better than us away, but they have more points because of the ref. Just because we are spoiled and demand incredible play in all matches, doesnt mean we deserve to lose matches where the opposition has 35% of play and more than half as many chances as us. Only Bielsa and Pep can defeat Madrid+Referees. Other teams like Mallorca are sometimes on par with them but the extra advantage from the linesman and referee helps Madrid win. From now on there is no such thing as Madrid. They are called Real Association of Corrupted Referees of Madrid.
Hate that we in a position where we got to hope other teams play a decent game and that the ref has a good game against Madrid.

i beleive we have lost the leauge dis season, we are winin our games at home and not on the road, while madrid win both home and away, it doesnot make sense we win the big game against madrid and not against the small teams, i think all we can depend on now is the CDR and the CL.

These are the games that decide league titles. Would we have won this game? It's hard to say, but on current form probably not.

We should be more concerned about our away draws, not good at all particularly at this stage. As to the five points(sure it'll revert to 5 after we wallop Betis tomorrow), we can recover . I don;t have the slightest doubt and I will be foolish now to lose hope and hand the Liga to Madrid in January. It was sadly another sign that they will win the title, their form is steady & rampant and they are able do just enough to win anyone else except us by adjusting their game inside the match compared to the opponent, they play like champs with hunger and determination. They can surely win 18 games in a row before the next Clasico. The current Barca is only interested in home games and cant even win two away games in a row, even if our players could do that the refs wont allow that to happen, the difference between our best and worst games is very large. We smash teams 5-0 at home just before becoming totally lame in away games in 2nd half, we just wait the opponents equalizer and when the inevitable finally happens then we just pretend to seek the winning goal and rue the bad luck. Our title push can practically be over next weekend I cant see us winning at Malaga, lets focus on CL and copa instead
RM dont play any better than us in away games. On the contrary. The difference is the ref. Not the "rampant" play of RM.
they look rampant because they keep winning and they will collect about the same amount of home wins than we do, but its true that we are superior but we just cant turn it into away wins. I think Pep should forget 3-4-3 and its other variations. Also not having a genuine CF shows away from home, we lack presence inside the box and are pushed into flanks and end up circling around the penalty area, in addition the slow tempo, and lack of determination and motivation are issues in away games
But the difference is the ref, as we can not expect to play superbly in every single match. Every team has bad days. RM has alot of them. But they get the result because of the ref. When we have bad days, the ref is simply to decisive against us. If the refs had done their jobs in the last games, we would be ahead of RM. Thats the truth.
The real deciding factor is that they have 3 players who score all the time, we used have that too but now only one although also Cesc is producing, but the tridente or the forward pair in the end makes the difference. They compensate their inferior playmaking skills by having better forwards or at least more effective and why the hell has Messi scored only one away goal so far? Before this weekend RM had got 20% of all penalty kicks so of course the refs play their part too and sometimes it seems the opponent finally in last 20 mins again remembers they are actually paid to lose

In 10 last years barca and madrid always are in race for championship in league but when we are top schedule madrid press on us till last moment(there is little points diffrent) and we are in trouble and slog and have many stress and work hardly in our games that win and gain 3 points hardly.
Until in end we become champ by our deserving.(like plegrini madrid or barca of rijkard or last year moudrid) or that press make we miss our lead like capelo madrid )
But when madrid is top in schedule and they win games in a row,we become hopless and we leave fighting for champ and we make diffrent point be more and more and they go to their games with calming and win their games easily and our points diffrent usualy become 2 digits!! liga at 2007-08 in rijkard last season is a example.and it seem that this season is another example!

Yes, we play bad away from home. And yes, we dropped too many points already. And yes, sometimes I wonder if we even deserved to win (Espanyol). But the way it's going now Real get the title handed to them. Instead of 2-0 for Mallorca (how can that be offside?!!!), they gift them two goals and lose the game. Then look at all the possible points we dropped because of unfortunate refereeing decisions. Where is Marca's "real" and "fair" league table now?
If it goes on like this, it doesn't matter if we start to play better away from home, because they play crap game after game and still get handed 3 points.
When RM gets huge gifts from the ref, and gets a highly undeserved win, people in here say "this is what champions are made of".

It's beyond coincidence by now. When you see it happen again and again and again, and decisions against us again and again and again it just makes me so very tired. I'm not saying I think decisions should always go in our favour – for one thing, we have not been good enough recently – I just want fair calling.
I actually feel more sorry for Valencia and Mallorca than for us. They deserved atleast one point, if not three, and yet they get screwed.

I don't want to be like Mourinho. I really don't. And I hate it when people blame the refs for losses, because sometimes calls go your way and sometimes they don't. Barcelona has lucked out in the past, too. I don't believe that all the refs are just against us.
I also don't really believe that all or even most of the refs are in Madrid's pocket. I wouldn't be surprised if none of them were. There's a lot of poor refereeing lately, and not all of it is in Madrid's favor – or even in Spain at all. However, that's not really the point – it's bad whether or not someone is being paid off. I think that something really needs to be done about it, and that some modern technology needs to be integrated into the game.
I think technology would put all our minds at rest.

A left back would be Jose Enrique. His defensively solidarity is unquestionable, and he is good going forward. Unfortunately Liverpool capitalised on that bargain.
An attacker would be Dzsudzsak, simply because I think he is an awesome player and completely wasting his talent by moving to the Russian league (Anzhi) over the summer (from PSV)…not to mention his freekicks….
A centre back would be Benatia (Udinese). Good with his feet, has pace, strength, height, and is a great tackler….what more could you ask for?

If Barca can kick Madrid out of the Copa del Rey, that could have a very positive effect in undermining the players confidence in their coach Mourinho.
Real Madrid's defense is their weakness. If they come under real pressure they won't hold, but Barca players have to watch out because Madrid have several players who can easily loose control and make uncontrolled dangerous tackles and other fouls.
The referees are scared to give Madrid players red cards because of Mourinho's whining and by this way trying to influence the referees by saying that Barca players fall easy.
The way Mourinho let his team play is trying to control the match with his midfield. He put his midfield full with players who are continuously pressurizing and trying to force the opponent to make mistakes and then they are very quick on the break. They have great attacking midfielder + a few fantastic forwards as we know. But their defense is vulnerable.
Barca players need to stay focused, and keep it simple and be not selfish in front of the goal + I think Barca's defenders should become a little bit more moderate, keeping their game as simple as possible. It is nice that they all have attacking abilities, but they should not exaggerate, especially Pique and Alves. They should watch out that all the praise and stardom is making them overconfident and think too high about themselves and think that they can easily outplay every opponent. That costed Barca the points against Espanyol.
There are many, many fantastic players and Madrid have a very strong team at the moment.
But a 100% focussed, injury free, and sharp playing Barca can still outwit every opponent. Barca misses David Villa, who is a 100% team player, a fighter, a hard worker, a great guy for the teamspirit.
UCL and CDR, its only chace we got……and believe me, if madrid won La Liga, Mou will quit, he is a chicken after all, always fleed after winning
