According to Catalan sports daily El Mundo Deportivo, new Juvenil A coach Jordi Vinyals already has a squad of 21 players for next season. Nine Juvenil B and two Cadet A players are being promoted, along with new signing Lucas Garafot from Cornella.

The club are promoting nine Juvenil B players to the Juvenil A squad next season. They are: Joseph Fabrice Ondoa, Elohor Godswill, Roger Riera, Robert Costa, Xavier Quintilla, Pau Otero, Joel Huertas, Alain Richard Ebwelle, and Olivier Moussima.

Two Cadet A players, 15-year old winger Adama Traore and Cameroon midfielder Lionel Enguene will take part in the preseason with Juvenil A, after which a final decision will be made on their permanent promotion.

The club have also completed the signing of left-back Lucas Garafot (18) from Cornella, who will be part of the Juvenil A squad next season. Two more new signings are expected to be made before the transfer season ends.

Meanwhile, last season’s Juvenil B star and Argentine winger Maxi Rolon will ply his trade on loan at Cornella until January, due to the new regulations for foreigners in Spain. Maxi is expected to return to the Juvenil A squad in January.

We have also been informed that the club are keen on signing centre-back Kevin Akpoguma (17) from German club Karlsruher, while another forward is expected to join the squad.

Highly rated Juvenil B goalkeeper Pol Balleste has decided to leave the club, after a torrid season where he had to endure constant knee injuries, and play as third choice goal keeper behind Ondoa and Suarez. Balleste has offers from many Spanish and English clubs, but Valencia seem to be his most likely destination.

No decision has been made on Juvenil B forward Munir el Haddadi and goalkeeper Jose Aurelio Suarez yet, but we expect them to be with the Juvenil A squad next season.
