I'm not convinced martinez is the best option for defensive cover, why not get a centre back who would be cheaper anyway?, barca have many great and experienced players who can play in the midfield. Signing a centre back (who may be able to play as a RB/LB) for 15 mil and a midfielder (like keita) for 20 mil is a better option than signing martinez…we could be getting extra and reliable options in more than the 2 positions martinez plays in (CDM or CB).

Media should stop putting pressure and more expectations on young prospects like Gerard they have don’t with Bojan,Gai,Dos Santos ,Etc comparing them to Messi and look wat happened and the ones without media and fans expectations like Pedro,Busi etc and look where they are now .So leave them alone and be patient .
