Preparations continue for the King’s Cup final
This Wednesday, the team led by Josep Guardiola held its second session this week preparing for the King’s Cup final on May 25th against Athletic Club de Bilbao at the Vicente Calderón stadium. Having finished all the other competitions, Barça has turned its full attention to this final challenge of the season.
Alexis Sánchez, like on Tuesday, was able to train normally with his teammates after missing the last three Liga games with bruising to his left thigh. Also with the group was José Manuel Pinto, who missed Saturday’s trip to the Benito Villamarín stadium owing to a sprained right ankle.
Taking part in today’s session at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper were the avilable players from the first team; Barça B’s Tello, Bartra, and Montoya; and 18 year old Juvenil A midfielder Jordi Quintillà.
