FC Barcelona’s first signing of the 2012-13 season is now a reality. This afternoon at the Club’s offices, Jordi Alba Ramos has signed his contract as a new player for FC Barcelona, which will keep him with the blaugrana through the 2016-17 season. His buyout clause is set at 90 million euros. Alba joins from Valencia, transferring for 14 million euros.

The player, wearing the no. 18 shirt, was presented on the Camp Nou pitch, and will now take part in his first press conference as a Barça player. Pictures and more details from the presentation and press conference will be coming soon here at totalBarça.
