Jordi Alba passes his medical tests
This Thursday morning, Jordi Alba has undergone and passed multiple physical and medical tests, the last steps prior to signing his contract and being presented as a new FC Barcelona player.
He arrived at the Hospital de Barcelona before 9 am, where x-rays of the player were taken, as well as samples of his blood and urine for analysis. Afterwards, the player headed to the Medical Center at the Ciutat Esportiva, where he passed various physical tests. There he was measured and weighed, and underwent cardiology testing as well as an ultrasound of his muscles.
After passing these examinations, Jordi Alba will sign his first contract as a blaugrana player at 16:00, and at 17:00 he will presented at the Camp Nou. A press conference will follow his presentation.
