FC Barcelona defender Eric Abidal returned to the hospital in Barcelona Friday for more tests related to his April liver transplant. However, despite the fact that the player will remain at the clinic for a number of days, it appears that the tests are part of his recovery and not related to any change in his condition. Abidal was accompanied by his wife and brother; he is expected to be released early next week.
