In this video, as Messi gets ready to take the free kick, Fabregas takes it upon himself to distract Levante goalkeeper Munua. The jig involves a lamentable mix of hopping and waving. It’s a tactic that could have worked only if Fabregas knew how to dance. He not only fails to grab Munua’s attention but even leaves his teammate Sergio Busquets unimpressed.

Perhaps Fabregas should leave the dancing to Alves and Abidal in future.
