        We have to stop with this excuse… Oh he is human and will make mistake. What if a surgeon kills two patients in a week. Would you say the same? Pique is a professional and if his positioning is bad. It is not an error, it is a fault and I don't want talk about his attitude, walking around. Those players are getting money, fame and are privileged to be able to play in the best club in world.

          Pique did play sloppy. But he is human… And, oh, do a good search on 'surgeon kills'. They do make mistake more often than you think. And yes, they are all human. You're just in denial and won't accept the fact Osasuna outplayed us.

          And mind you Puyol had a chance to stop prior to Pique as well.

        You know I can understand that every player is human who can make mistakes and all that but how many mistakes has Pique made so far this season? How many goals, games, points has he cost us with his awful, horrendous, atrocious performances? Enough is enough. Pep needs to set him straight or else he will lose his place in the first 11. If it was another squad player, you'd be flaming him constantly.

        I'm not entirely blaming Pique for what's happening right now but its no doubt that he has been one of our worst if not the worst player of this season so far considering expectations and his quality.

          cesc shit the bed
          messi get desperate
          busquets playing shy
          xavi playing nervous
          the ball bouncing the wrong way
          and all you fairweather fans losing your faith in arguably the greatest team to ever grace the planet. give ur heads a shake, teams will adapt to barca's style o matter how u change tactics, they will soon adapt. it's the basic principle of human existence

            No one is questioning his class here.. He has shown it in the past that he is a high quality defender.
            Its just that this particular season – he has looked a lot out of sorts and he seriously needs to sort things out…

            Thats right pique is one of the best cd in the world. And showed it 3 years in a row to put the finger on one or two payers is wrong. I expected that we will not win it was absolutely clear, im the biggest barca fan and betted that we will not win for much money ,cause i know we would make experiments but that was even for me a shock, this formation this is egoistic from pep he cant do this to our barca ,could have done it in copa games but he alone believe me he lost our league, even in bad form we have enough players that can solve a game with 0-1 i cant believe that he didnt stop with his experiments, the league was not lost we had madrid at home but now its over and a shame that we will be 10 points behind by half of the seosen played.Amd now to come to our formation no team in the world and i mean it no team can adapt thats boolshit how culd they not adapt the first 3 years 1 big mistake was to take off messi from right wing we had the best right side maybe in history with alves-messi they created more chances alone on goal than now the whole team in 90 min it doesnt mean he cant chage his position of course he can in 90 min but to take him off complet and put him upfront is a mistake its like killinnk our biggest weapen that we had and our right side is now dead like our left our midfield with fabregas in katastrophal form and iniesta ijuried and xavi not at his best is also not like it was and if you give to all that that we go sloppy in the games like we are 2-0 upfront the results are normal

            You are saying we can't blame Pique for being poor this season but your going to blame Pep? Have you forgotten quickly how many injuries we have had too. Messi never played on the right wing for a couple of seasons yet we won everything apart from spanish cup from last season, or did you forget that quickly too? Formation has to be changed when we have no Villa, no afellay, iniesta is getting injured always. Yeah it is wrong to blame one individual but Pique does need a stern talking to, one thing I will agree formation wise, I don't know why Abidal isn't playing Left Centre Back instead of Pique assumed Adriano was back. Messi creates chances for others even on an off day, Pique needs to sort himself out and if he isn't up for playing he needs to make this clear instead of going into matches, The problem does appear to be between midfield and defence.

    I love Tello's two-footedness [TM] Really keeps his marker honest! That's why he scored the goal. Marker thought he could show Tello the by-line, Tello cut back in and marker ends up on ass. God, he's going to score a lot of goals.

    I thought there was a sanchez goal disallowed in first half that was not offside. Any links???

    the positive thing is … our b team players r steeping up….and the way we played in second half talks a lot about the attitude and passion show by our players… i have full confidence in this team ..we will win the league.. if the players are ready to give hundred percent and they r not giving up so would i… will believe in this team till the time they show such passion and devotion for winning and never give up…up barca !!!!

    Now its not about our players giving 100% to win the league – its about others not doing so to lose the league. Its not really our efforts which will determine the league but RM's effort (or lack thereof) which will determine the league.
    And i think Pique has been really bad this season. completely unreliable, at times found walking on the pitch – there is some serious lack of committment from him.
    On a slightly different note: Does anyone else also think that we are getting more and more dependent on Messi for our attackes (scoring and build-up)…

    Every Barca player will forever get my support irrespective of wether they win trophies or not. I have been doing that for more than a decade. BUT WHEN YOU PLAY LIKE PIQUE HAS BEEN PLAYING, THATS UNNACEPTABLE… Walking around as the last defender is UNACCEPTABLE. He is a proffesional and gets paid as such… He's been doing this all this season…He's been the worst player this season by far. He did it in the classicos and he continues. ITS UNACCEPTED.
    - I can't criticise Messi cuz he tries and its just one of those unfair games for the argentine…
    - Pep has the right to play whoever he choses, This squad is very talented and every player is good enough for the team.
    - Mascherano is soo comitted. He deserves all the praises, BUT AS A DEFENDER. Busquets has no replacement.
    - BOLD STATEMENT: Pep was wise to rest Iniesta regardless… HE IS THE REASON BARCA WINS TROPHIES… He's just that factor that cannot be figured out. We lost the champions league the season he was out injured. Ofcourse the other players are very important, but Iniesta is just that conclusion
    - Lesson leant: Barca plays better with lesser defenders

      I getting fad up with this old comment. Criticism is far from insult. There is always a chance for anything to happen, but we also need to looks things realistically and in perspective. And seriously, poor ref happens everywhere. Let not be like Mourinho and accept, Osasuna did had a great game. And we did play a bit sloppy.

      And it because we love the team, in return we are THAT depressed when we lost. And to be honest, I don't think we deserve to win this game. Sloppy first half had cost us the game. Period.

      I believe we should not be thinking that this is the end of the world. Let’s just have a look back at the season so far, shall we?

      1. We have beaten real moudrid 3 times already, and twice at the bernabeu.

      2. We have dethroned their copa del Rey title and given mou his worst weeks as a manager.

      3. We have contested 6 competitions so far this season. We have won 3 of them already, we are in the final of another ( which might be played at the bernabeu, causing yet more panic in madrid). Also we are in great form in the ucl and have scored 20 goals ( which is a group stage record)

      4. We have beaten Milan at San Siro ( the last time that happened was in 2005-06 when we won the ucl)

      5. We have unearthed superb talents in Cuenca, tello and thiago and have renewed the contracts of many of our Masia talents.

      6. Messi has won the ballon d’or for the third time.

      So my conclusion is that we cules should not panic and keep giving 100 percent support forever. Visca Barca!!

      i don't mind losing the league this season (yeah i just said that) as long as barca don't get beat at home by Madrid and also beat them in a champions league final :o ) Barca vs Real Madrid champions league final would show people just why they dominate la liga. I actually said to friends before the league started that I would rather have the Champions League instead of the la liga, as there is always next year for la liga guess i regret saying that but hey, its not like this is a one season league and Barca have done so well so far to win so many things. Next season need to see better rotation of the squad though and hopefully less injuries. Still haver Copa to win too :o ) 2 out of 3 isn't bad, lets hope it happens though :o )

      Also, I really don't think Madrid would be doing so well if ozil, ronaldo and benzema were injured, crap happens. At least we haven't gone back to the dark era when barca had to congratulate madrid on home soil.

      I feel the same – that the league was lost several weeks ago, when we fell 5 then seven points behind RMA, which – hate to say it – have been in fantastic form against pretty much everybody except us. Yes, we have been at the receiving end of several very bad refereeing calls but let's face it – had we been demolishing teams left and right on our away games like last season, the bad calls would not have mattered. I guess playning at the Camp Nou makes a bigger difference in the Barca players' attitude and fighting spirit than I thought; it's like they are really trying hard not to disappoint their fans in front of their eyes, whereas the away games … are an entirely different story …

      Two more things: one, love and trust are great, but so is tough love: Pique and Roberto should not get to start for a while – Roberto because he is not ready for prime time, and Pique because he has been in a persistent mental fog most of this season. And yesterday he played so bad I could barely recognize him. And two – I can't wait for Tuesday's game because the way we will play, and the result, will speak volumes about what this team is made of NOW, – how badly they still want to win (or not). A first repeat UCL winner would be truly awesome, and most likely eclipse the loss of the 2011-2012 primera title.

    Unlike our rival, I won't criticize Osasuna or blame on anything else. We made few errors, and that did turn against us. But I also getting fad up with this so-called non-Barca fan just because this and that. Look at this realistically. If RM don't loss tonight, our chance for the league our slim. We should put our concentration on Copa and UEFA. This is a good time to use the league to give our youngsters even more chance than before and give them the experience and build-up the chemistry we needed. I foresee the lack of player for rotation since two season ago. Particular with our forward and defence. The moment we let go Eto, I know that going to be hard to replace. It not about equal calibre, as Villa would do. It has to do with the playing style. Having 3 forward, we need mix and match the play style of the three. And we failed to to so, so far. Our experienced defender is getting older, and we trade out most of the capable rotation players. It nice to see Mascherano finally find his place in the team as CB this season, though as good as hey maybe to adopt in a new position. He is still not a defender. Consider our play style is not something easy to get use to. Bring up our young player is the next logical step. But we need to give them the chance to blend in. Now is a good time.

    i have never seen gaynaldo beat a player, a good player defender. malouda absolutely floored alves 3 yrs back bt gaynaldo never ever beats alves. but the way he humiliates pique is embarasing. gaynaldo never even got better of anotnini or abate. pique is so bad this season i hope he is benched every game but knowing how pep is he won't.

    there was no need to bring cesc. his coming has destryoed the flow of the game the speed and the system. that idiot brigns nothing to our game, NOTHING! i hate that bastard cesc. i always protested him being bought just as i didnt want ibra to come in. because of cesc the team had to suffer, messi has to suffer as frequently he has to drop back as cesc can barely string 5 passes together.

    Shit game from shitty players today. Alexis was kind of good, Thats about it. I dont understand why Messi must play every fucking minute of every fucking game? when he hardly shows up? I dont want to blame Messi at all but he hasnt been "Messi" good in 2012 so far, he looks mentally tired. The good thing about this is that the league is over, and we can concentrate on CL and CDR, and i hope Messi will rest a couple of league games now.

      With all injuries we have, who do you expect to play? Pedro is clearly out of form, Alexis was injured, Villa is out. Who is left? Messi is showing a character by playing for the team, since we do not have more strikers left. We can't play with one striker only!

    winning the league is highly unlikely…we should worry less about madrid and make sure valencia don't close the gap between us and them. I can actually see what pep was trying to do yesterday, in terms of starting s.roberto and playing cuenca and tello. I think he knows that we won't win the league despite saying that we won't give up (as manager would do)- he is using the league to develop our youth because some day s.roberto, tello, cuenca, bartra, muniesa, montoya, thiago and JDS will be as important as puyol, xavi, iniesta, valdes and messi. This is also why our club goes through some rough patches…when youth is intergrated they leack experience…but sooner or later it will pay off later, madrid may win now but in five years time when cronaldo is retired and ozil/di maria is old, they will have to spend more than 500 million euros

    The problem fcb is facing nw is mainly @ their stricking force, a situation where only one out three strickers is in form which is messi and others ar jst a flop, evry player nw lookd unto messi for helping thm out in such mess,where as d poor boy is jst humane and can nt kill himself the team and hv tried tremendeously already for the team. For the issue of pique form, the fcb manegmnt shuld hv a close monitor on pique.     This how it goes…

    Pep already knows that THEY won't lest us claim the league…We have a bad year with many injuries and bad form from key players (like pique) bur still we could fight till the end..You already know what happened in Mallorca and Getafe and other games where Real got points that didn't deserve and some points that they stole from us..See yesterday's game..we played bad but in the 1st half should be 1-1 instead of 2-0…and another clear goal disallowed in 2nd half..do you think these things just happen? No..and Pep knows that. What he kept Iniesta,Xavi,Cesc on the bench even when the game was 2-0..he knows they want let us claim la liga…why risk injury of our key players in this shitty field? CL and CDR are our goals this year and Pep uses la liga to prepair some awesome younsters for the years to come…This is not an excuse…we have a bad year which is normal but we could fight till the end if they let us…Considering all these you can understand some of Pep's choises.

    Let's stop giving the hard time to our players tah won some much the last years. pique is the worst and I agree bur we need to show support and appreciation to the best team (maybe ever)..and I'm sure they will bounce back next year and give us another 3 on a row la ligas.

    To be honest, most of the problems have been created since start of past and this season by Pique. If Pep Guardiola is an honest man and he is not a selfish man, he must warn Pique to leave Shakira or to leave Barca. Pique looks in these days like a child and he is absolutely energy-less. The bitch Shakira has made him like a disabled kid. Pep mus buy three young, strong, technical and tactical defenders. He must also replace Valdes with a professional and confident Goalkeeper like Diego Alves of Valencia. Otherwise, Pep must lose Champions league and other titles too.

      you what, replace valdes? are you out of your mind and its unfair to blame pique for all the problems although it would have been good to have got a good strong veteran cb as back up instead of defensive midfielders to fill the gap when required. I still don't see why its not a combination of Abidal and Pique unless Abidal is vital to play at lb. Heck I would rather have Mascherano in a 3 cb role instead of Pique at times, just until he sorts himself out.

    Must be the cold weather…. And I see Barca defender(s) not marking Osasuna well in this game. Too many gaps. But the view on the field is very different from the view on TV.
