That is a pretty incredible stat that about 50% of players who come from La Masia end up playing first or second division football. That is just a huge success rate and the 50% who don't become professionals still have a solid education and the values which Barca has taught.
The stat of 3 of our first team coaches is great too but I think when looking deeper into our organization you see many more ex-players still involved in the club.
