OT Alexis will be our best signing for past few years.
More like the worst, he is totally wrong type of player for Barca like Zlatan and Hleb, you will agree that next summer when he will be loaned somewhere. He cant score and we need that everyone in tridente scores often, no wonder why we arent leading the league. Now we are even more Messi dependent "thanx to" Alexis and due to Pedro´s and Villa´s poor form. His dribbling skills are so overrated and he is just another expensive flop

he hasnt even played that much how can you say that he cant score? he was injured a long time. cut him some slack.
he owned Real Madrid in his debut.. and player extremelly fine vs Villareal and also scored.. He just needs time to fit in, and play matches, he was injured remember?
many guys here had trust in Zlatan and wanted to give time for him and didnt want to accept that he was a failure before he finally left the team. He was supposed to be the final piece in the puzzle and take us to the next level. Alexis isnt even a 12- goal player per season like most think, he has scored 19 league goals combined during the last 3,5 seasons or so, Iniesta type of role would suit him better. I dont get it why Pep and the chiefs wanted a non-scoring winger, and using Adriano as a RW was doomed anyway. I know that the idea is to keep the pitch wide and use the flanks more efficiently but it just doesnt work especially away from home where its better to be efficient than flashy but wasteful, and Alves handles the almost the whole right flank anyway
The thing is that nice tricks dont decide games, only goals matter. If one guy in tridente cant produce then the other guys must step up but we cant expect that Messi scores every season 10 more goals than he did a year earlier. Now the chiefs want Bale but if he arrives he should be used only as a LB.
Zlatan completely changed the way the team played though, Alexis will have no such effect. We will still play with no strikers, unlike when zlatan or eto'o were here. Alexis will not harm the way we play, plus he was playing with udinese and other teams during that 3.5 years as a 19, 20, and 21 year old. Give him time, he is a fantastic player and he will adapt and only get better. Plus he doesn't cause any disturbance in the dressing room.

Good, yes. I don't know about best… in the last few years, we've also signed Pique and Dani Alves, both of whom are absolutely vital to Barcelona's game. Mascherano also stepped up big time last year in particular to play out-of-position.

Alexis will be a great Barca player! And one of few that could make this Barca side even better! He is a hard working worldclass dribbler those do not grow on trees
you all may or may not like this but….barcelona as a whole, since messi has moved to CF, has scored less goals compared to when he was on the right. Messi however has seen his tally rise. Not complaining, just noticing a fact. this shows our messi-dependence.
Put villa back in the middle and he will produce 30 a season.
