Iniesta trains with the group
Two bits of good news emerged the day after the defeat away at Getafe: Andrés Iniesta and Cesc Fàbregas have begun to train again with the group. The ’8′ of Barça sat out the last two games owing to some bruising to his left thigh muscle and the no. ’4′ rested during the latest trip to Madrid because of a small injury. Both players took part in the training session carried out by the first team this Sunday at noon at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
As is customary after a match, the starters at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez worked on recovering from their efforts the previous evening. The rest of the group started to prepare for the visit of Rayo Vallecano to the Camp Nou on Tuesday. B team players Cuenca, Dos Santos, Rosell, Armando, Femenía, Balliu, and Oier completed the group working under Guardiola today.
The team’s next session will be on Monday at six in the aternoon (18:00) behind closed doors in Sant Joan Despí.

Seriously guys, do not judge pep after this one game. Yes he might have gotten some things wrong but please don't do this to a man who gave us treble in his first year.
I agree with Anonymous 69, we do need a striker like Eto'o or Llorente to play off Messi and add another damage dealer in the ranks, but we can do it with this team we have proven that this season just need to find the right line-up and morale to do so.
And I don't think pep will ever play dirty, especially against referees, it is just not in his nature to do or in Barcelona culture for that matter. When we lose we don't blame the refs or anything else, we say we weren't on our game and the opponent went all out against us, unlike Madrid who try to blame every single thing in the stadium even the lighting if they lose.
Luis Suarez is the key and the way foward for barca!

These bandwagoners asking for Neymar (and Nani and Luis Suarez?! lol) to replace Villa need to leave. This is the team we have now. I want Llorente, but there will be a time in the summer for that. We can't say we regret buying Villa, or that Neymar is the answer to all our problems. We work with what we've got, which is what got us the CL and La Liga last season, plus Cesc and Sanchez.
The reasons for our point dropping:
Our performance away from home is terrible due to our inability to play our game in small playgrounds against defensive teams. We’re good on a big pitch and that’s how we defeated one of Europe’s best in Milan at the big San Siro ground. We need to find a solution for this. Madrid’s game on the other hand is based on direct speed and that’s why they are more effective against small teams.
With Villa’s and Pedro’s form and Alexis’s slow adaptation we are suffering in attack and too reliant on Messi. If the plan was to play Villa on the left we should have bought D. Silva instead. Villa used to move all around the penalty area and create spaces buy now he’s just a waste of time. And Pedro looks ridiculous now adays. We can’t just rely on a false 9 as that needs space, we need a natural striker and the thing is, we already have him! Against defensive teams Villa should be a real 9, with Alexis on the left and Messi/Pedro on the right, and the mid should be Cesc/Messi as creative player along with Xavi Iniesta or Thiago, and Busi or Keita or Masch as def.MF.
The formation would be 4-1-2-3.
the problem is…………………..no width! getafe last 10 mins, we had width, we could of won the game from there but it was toooooo late! width is what we need, and HUNGER is something we need back, which is am sure we will have after this stupid result!
also away from home, we just pass to messi and xavi who are always marked! this is why we need villa pedro firing! also we need iniesta back- problem solved

The formidable attack of Henry ETO'O Messi, was the greatest attack we had. Eto'o would score 4 goals in 1 game. he gave Messi air to breath. The biggest mistake Pep made was selling him. He was deadly and his interplay with Messi was great too. We need another Eto'o like fast, powerful, technical, clinical and deadly finisher. Maybe Lorente.

the more i think about this the more i am convinced that it is absolutely the only way to beat madrid, and also the only way pep can keep his job.
keita may not be the fastest or the msot technically gifted, but his vision is impeciable and second to only messi. his off the ball movement is also superb, and his finishing is CLINICAL. watch this video if you dont believe:

see how he splits the defenders and makes a run forward, creating space for villa to put the ball through to him???? ONLY keita has this ability on our team! i could post 100 more videos wehre keita does exactly this. Villa actually had a great through ball there, maybe pep should even consider inserting him into midfield? a little competition could be exactly what xavi and iniesta need to get going again.
