Barça held their final training session behind closed doors this Monday morning at the Camp Nou to finalize some details before meeting Villarreal this evening. The session involved the same players who had trained on Sunday.

The team trained this midday at the venue for their Liga debut against Villarreal this evening (at 21:00). The same players present at Sunday’s session, including Cuenca, Bartra, Sergi Roberto and Jonathan Dos Santos from the reserves, have also worked today at the Camp Nou. 

The injured trio of Afellay, Piqué and Adriano continued with their recovery work.

After the training session, the Super Cup Champions of Europe ate lunch together at the Camp Nou. The players have free time until one and a half hours before the game, when the footballers are due back at the stadium.
