Yes – that's what I wrote. But it wasn't offside, given that the ball came to Rossi from a Barca player – Masch.

It's the same situation as the goal that Messi scored against Porto in Monaco. He was standing way off-side to receive a pass from a Barca player, but because it came from a Porto player, he was legally onside.

Same with Rossi here with the ball deflecting off Mascherano.

That was actually Rossi's offside but anyways WHAT A SAVE!! First I didn't know it was offside and I was sure that Rossi scores and then Valdes comes out of nowhere. He just keeps getting better.

Messi-Cesc combo is what we need. A midfielder fill spaces Messi create when he drop deep and having Cesc as fine finisher then scoring will be fun for Barca. Now only we see the outcomes bring Cesc home. Cesc play is something like False Ten when I google it. A midfielder covering for a centre forward that drops back to midfield. Its like shifting Messi with Cesc to confuse defender, while Messi drags defender to create spaces, Cesc exploit the space and ready to score anytime cause he his a world class finisher. Really interesting from Pep Guardiola.
