The tight schedule is back – can determine titles hopes
FC Barcelona titles hopes from now on will depend on the physical fitness and mental strength of its players as the match schedule calls for two matches per week until 9th May when, just before the UEFA Champions League Final at the Santiago Barnebeu, the schedule returns to one match per week, according to Catalan sports paper Sport. (Ed. This, of course, depends on Barcelona making it past Arsenal FC in the UCL Quarter-finals match).
Of note is the away match to Mallorca, just four days before the UEFA Champions League Quarter-final first-leg in London on 31st March – considering that FC Barcelona will have at most two full days of rest in between its travels. Another is the home fixture against Athletic Bilbao, which is barely a couple of days before the two crucial matches, back to back, that can make or break FC Barcelona 2009-10 season – 6th April against Arsenal FC in the UEFA Champions League Quarter-final home-leg, and 11th April El Clasico at the Santiago Barnebeu. These matches are sure to determine whether the Catalan side can defend both its Spanish la Liga and UEFA Champions League titles, and being so close together, injuries and other external factors can contribute to the outcomes.
Full FC Barcelona schedule until the end of the season 2009-10 is as follows:

Wow, f#cking sucks that we have 2 difficult away games just after the Champions League games
Totally agree man………
not to mention we have sevilla and Villareal away near the fag end of the league…….
I'm somewhat worried because the madrid players will be a lot fresher in the league…..
But if we can pull this of, this Barca team could very-well be crowned the BEST team EVER…….
You know, last year I said we had a good chance of winning both the champs league and the La liga……You know whats changed since then?
Nothing.
Something has changed. We got a striker who slows down our offensive game, someone who can't dribble and gives away lots of passes.
Thumb me down all you like, it doesn't change the fact that Ibra has been crap for roughly the last 3 months.
We also have Henry, who's only contributed with 3 goals, compared to 22 same time last year. What is wrong with you? It's easy pointing fingers, but you are no different than a Madridista. What about all the good things he has done?
Ibra has been bad imo ever since we got him, he simply doesn't fit in the fast paced football in Barca, everytime he plays he slows us down considerably. And no one in the team loses the ball as frequently as Ibra and when they do, they put preassure on the holder, Ibra just joggs after him. And when was the last time you saw Ibra get passt his defender? He can't dribble to save his life. In other words, I think Ibra has been a bad transfer. Sure, he has scored a few important goals, but thats it. Even when he scored he slowed the team down but everyone forgave him because he scored. Now he slows the team down and doesn't score.
Last year, it was barely any easier. So we CAN make it, but it'll be tough
It will be extremely tough to win La Liga but lets not forget that we are tied on points with Madrid and after the Classico, the goal difference won't matter. If we tie that game, we will be in front.
I now want to see one of Ramzi's amazing articles talking about what he thinks we need to do to win the Arsenal match, what he thinks our chances are, ect…
I wouldnt be so worried if we had a great striker, but now everything is so much harder
due to Zlatan. How on earth the club chiefs thought that he can play properly in Barca´s
very demanding and fast 4-3-3 system? Same with Hleb and Chygry. No wonder there are
rumours that Barca may replace Zlatan with Villa or Torres already next summer. He is
totally wrong kind of player for Barca and he is playing the league title into RMs hands,
despite scoring a winner vs them earlier. But after that he simply has not existed on the
field, Henry is much more useful even though also he has had major scoring problems. Dont
forget that Barca got lucky in 1st round by getting Stuttgart in the draw
are u mad? dont u know that Pep wanted Ibra and not Laporta or Txiki.. GOD!!! seriously…
what doesnt change the fact that zlatan has been sucking. so dont hang yourself up on that little thing. Dolce is right for once
What an idiot. You are a F@@@@@ low life! Root for the team and the players, and stop being a dick at this crucial part of the season. You and that Christan fella, are some of the lowest type of people I've ever come across.
that*..
well, if u say Zlatan sucks, have the balls to say that Pep was wrong with the transfer! lets see if u can man up…
yes pep was wrong with that transfer.. i bet you're one of those losers that thinks pep cant make mistakes. everybody makes mistakes.
