According to news reports, early medical examinations done at the Ono Estadi on FC Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta showed the player is only carrying a sore hamstring and exclude any indication of a serious injury.

The player is expected to undergo further medical tests today to determine the full extent of his condition, and whether he is fit enough to play against Arsenal on Wednesday.

On another note, it was also reported that Ivorian midfielder Yaya Toure was substituted in the match because of some slight physical problem, though it was done only as a precautionary measure.
