Details of the match (from Barca’s official site):
“After seven games, Luis Enrique’s team have now won five and proven themselves unbeatable at home. The win against Tenerife came after a very serious performance, particularly in the first half that pleased the nearly 4,000 fans who came along to watch late on Sunday evening. The team played some good pacey football, with their trademark passing and entertaining attacking style.
“Jonathan Soriano opened the scoring on 9 minutes after a good start by Luis Enrique’s young charges, who seemed determined to put last week’s defeat in Cordoba behind them. Martín Montoya, who was tireless throughout the game, intercepted a Tenerife attack and put Nolito in, whose cross was met perfectly by Soriano to make it 1-0.
“Almost immediately after, Sergi Roberto nearly made it two, but his shot from outside the box was just turned round by Tenerife keeper Sergio Aragoneses for a corner. Although Barça looked sharp in defence, constantly cutting out Tenerife’s attacking attempts, the Islanders, who were many people’s tip for promotion at the start of the campaign, but now find themselves bottom, began to surge forward and Olazábal was forced into a good stop to keep out the dangerous looking Nino.
“Barça again upped the pace and were looking increasingly impressive both at the back and in attack and the second goal wasn’t long in coming. On 39 minutes, Cristian Tello, who was making his debut, crossed a ball from the by-line for Nolito to put away and double the lead.
“Tenerife showed that they were not giving up when Mikel Alonso pulled a goal back at the start of the second half with a deflected shot that gave Olazábal no chance and at 2-1 the visitors began to put the pressure on with a number of chances from dead ball situations that Olazábal did well to keep out.
“Luis Enrique brought on Víctor Vázquez to bring some order to the midfield and just when things were looking most difficult for the team, Carmona met a left wing cross from Abraham to seal the win on 68 minutes.
“Tenerife refused to lie down and although Barça were now very much in control again, Olazábal had to be on his guard as the visitors tried to get back into the game. Barça played the last few minutes with ten men after Abraham had to come off with an injury (more details below).
“The win leaves Barça in fourth spot with 15 points and the joint best home record in the division – four wins from four, eight goals scored and just two conceded.”
Update on Abraham: Abraham Minero will be out for approximately four weeks after dislocating his elbow in the 83rd minute of Sunday’s game against Tenerife, missing at least Barcelona B’s next four matches.
Near the end of Sunday’s game, Abraham fell to the ground in a challenge with a rival, and suffered the injury. The recovery process of this dislocation is the immobilization of the affected area for three weeks, reducing the mobility of the limb with a cast. In the third week, the cast will be removed so that Abraham can return to the pitch between the eleventh and the twelfth day of competition, when the reserves will take on Villarreal B and Granada, respectively.
In the seven rounds played so far, Abraham had participated in five games, one as a substitute, in the debut in Vigo, and has been a starter for the last four matches, earning his spot on the left side of the Barca defense.
Highlights:

nolito is great!
The whole team is GREAT!
The team played nice pacey football, great that our young ones are getting a chance to play in a higher division. This will surely help them mature faster and hopefully into great players!!
STars: Nolito, S. Roberto, S. Gomez, Oier
ONly problem is that Nolito will be 24 this week.
Our future is very bright
Visca el Barca B:)
So what, he is a late bloomer. Of course it would have be nice of he was just 17, but he stil can be important for the 1st team.
It's always Jonathan Soriano, the striker, and Nolito, the left winger, who score the goals, lol. Hopefully more people will get on the scoresheet in future games.
What's really impressive is that Barca B won against the current league leaders, Celta, in the away game, 2-1, Celta's only loss of points so far. It shows the B team can handle even the toughest challenges.
they couldn't handle brazil tho…
Yeah, but that would be way too much to ask, let's not push the expectation level through the roof.
I should also point out that it was basically the reserves from the B team playing Brazil, a "C" team.
it was more like Barcelona C playing brazil…
atleast carlos planas will get playing time now…
he was impresive against celta vigo, dont know why after that he has not made a appearence.
NOLIIITTTOOOOOOOOO!!!! NEXT BEST
Barca were playing with the subs + reserves! ( it was a Barca C)
-JDS,Thiago,Nolito,Romeu,Ruben Mino,oier,Fontas,Muniesa,Montoya,Sergi Roberto,Carmona… all these starters didn't play!!
*Barca B VS Brazil!

Plus Brazil were playing with Full Power!! (Best players were playing)
Robinho,Alves,Pato,Ramires,David Luiz,Thiago Silva…. and in this case 3-0 is great result!!
for example: real madrid Or chelsea were playing with their B team they would have lost by 6,7 – ZERO!! we played with Barca C and lost JUST 3-0! gd resul!t!
btw Chelsea B played against a 3rd div team in england .. they lost 5-1!!!!
so see the diffrenece between OUR youth players and other teams..

THAGO AND NOLITO WILL GO UPP TO THE 1 ST TEAM NEXT YEAR. MABY JDS
the 2nd team is outstanding!! im really impressed… 1 main thing which i noticed is that the 2nd team seem to break better than the 1st team… we generally dont break away so quickly unless its Messi on the ball but the 2nd team have good counter attacking skills which i can see is Enrique's touch to this Barca… Nolito seems awesome n that 2nd goal summed it up…
what's up with planas not playing, is he injured?
Nolito is doing really good he is really impressing me. The question is is he a pearl or the back bone of the masia?
Great!!!
It was a good game.I haven't seen any problem in team except ball's control.Certainly main team excels in such aspect and that's clear. I wish good health to Abraham
This Nolito guy, Pep should try him … for some not so important game, see how he did. He is tall, quite hard worker guy …
