The problem with Bojan is from another order. He doesn't need to adapt to the way of playing, he grew up with it. The problem is that he has limited time and everyone expects that he will score at least one goal every time he comes on to the pitch.
If you look at what he does in this limited periods of time, it's very difficult to not believe in his talent.
Against Almeria he had 2 great goals, against madrid he had a good assist and actually, he just runs and runs and runs to create space and opportunities. What people tend to forget, is that he gets on for Villa or Messi. When they are off the pitch, it is more difficult for EVERY striker to get a goal.

So actually, Bojan does pretty good when he is on the field. I think we should give hime some more playing time because he is ready. It's not a matter of confidence, it's a matter of minutes. If he starts against Levante, he will do great.

And by the way, he is only 20 years old and is already this good. I don't know any player who is as good as Bojan with the same age. We should be glad to have Bojan on our team. In every other European club he would be their leading striker, for sure.

Notice how Catalunya national team is playing, the same way as back in 92 Cruyff's dream team almost, Cruyff gives his team the confidence, he shares his football and knowlegde about his vision of the game, everyone here look Cruyff as hero, and he is a hero.

To some extent – and please don't laugh – I think this was somewhat of the same problem with Chygrinski last year, except that, unfortunately, Chyggy's mistakes, in a few cases, were horrible and they cost us goals. But if you've seen Chyggy play before or after his short stint at Barca you can only help but wonder why he sucked so badly in blaugrana (and IMHO one of the reasons for that was that he did not get enough time off the bench).

Consistency is another of his problems, but its obvious why: Lack of playing time. I am still undecided on whether or not I think he should be loaned. Either way, he needs minutes, or else he will be the wonderkid that never made it.

I think the big thing is ball control. Bojan does not currently have a very good first touch. Either that, or he does not have the barca mentality. By that I mean he makes the wrong decisions sometimes. We can see he is suited well for a counterattacking team, he is a world class finisher and can play nice assists too. However, he is not so great at maintaining possession, being patient and such. It can be fixed, Villa suffered a bit too.

Bottom line, Bojan either has to be integrated more into the team or loaned to another team that will play him and that plays like us. He is very much like David Villa and should learn a lot. I trust that he can be one of the best strikers ever, he just needs trust. Form is temporary, class is permanent.
