@ Sachin lool. FCB come out come out wherever you are!

  2. Som says:

He said other teams have bought players with higher price tag than benzema and they weren't scoring goals. he was hinting that David Villa was bought for 40m which is less that what Real Madrid paid for Benzema and Villa isn't scoring goals.

  3. melina7 says:

i agree with you runnie!!!he was great today!!i was really happy to see him score!!and by the way i saw your reply to my comment runnie!!you are funny!;)

  4. Eric says:

He took a new nickname and says now that he always knew we'd get rolling eventually.

  5. Happiness says:

    Yabadabadooooo! :D

Did not see the game so was overjoyed to log into totalBarca and be greeted by the "Man of the Match: FC Barcelona 5-0 Sevilla FC" headline.

"That's the way, uh huh uh huh, we like it, uh huh uh huh!" B)

  6. Arvine says:

    Big LOL, Harsha! :D

  7. Mido says:

    Scrappy FTW

  8. Eric says:

Well, now that November starts, the preperation should bear it's fruits. The training was designed for the players to reach full fitness around now. Madrid, beware!

My man of the match: Busquets! He gave a fantastic performance tonight. Once again.

  9. Thiago says:

Summary of the game: O le le, o la la, ser del Barça es, el millor que hi ha!

  10. Fenderek says:

So… any more genius comments on how big a flop Villa is?
Wanderful game, fantastic result. Wea ctually played already Atletico, Valencia and Sevilla and won them all. Real on the other hand didn't play any of them. Only after those games we are really going to see what we are against. To score six past Santander is not such a big a deal…

  11. Fenderek says:

Yep- he seems to be an even better motivator of our team than Guardiola ;)

He can keep talking for all I care. :)

  12. runniebear says:

dont worry, he didnt. KaushikG got you replaced, and I thought CR was very pleased with him. they both had a great time with Mou's chewing gum, hahahahaaaa.. so see you on Teusday game, eh? ;)

  13. anthony says:

just glad we kept a clean sheet

  14. Fenderek says:

Yep. He needs to now criticise Pedro a bit- maybe tell the press that he was a one season pony. And Pedro will respond with goals (although he played really nice today :) ).

And how about a comment on Bojan- he could use some extra motivation… ;)

  15. Abraca_Barca says:

he says alota shyt, just wanted to know what he said specifically about villa.

  16. melina7 says:

of course i'll be there on tuesday!!!!!see ya runnie and all the group!haha!;) :)

  17. Abraca_Barca says:

Well tonight said it all, and more matches will have more to say. Tnx for the info.

  18. Arvine says:

Great performance! Finally Villa scored! Big slap for Mourinho. In his face!

  19. @Tilemaxx says:

    What we saw tonight:

    1. Villa is a flop
    2. Team cannot score many goals this season.
    3. WC players are tired and we have no chance against Madrid this year.
    4. OMG WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT IBRA OMG

  20. LionelMessi951 says:

The best team in the Football History!

  21. Jay says:

Sarcasm? lol Hey I just had to say it because some might not get what your trying to do here and take you comment in offense.

  22. areign says:

our goal scorers are a palindrome

  23. areign says:

to be fair, ibra also scored tongiht.

  24. Sachin says:

    haha true, nice observation ;)

  25. Steve says:

It's true, we don't have depth. We have the best starting XI in football, and we just showed it, but it's a thin squad and we have to accept that. We can still win everything, just keep hoping we don't have major injury issues. I don't think we'll draw against Getafe though…

  26. US_Cule says:

… but ACM lost, didn't it?

That's all the difference: doesn't matter who scores, as long as the team wins. Personally, I would be just as happy if we won by three goals from Keita, Busquets and Adriano (with assists from Messi, Iniesta and Villa) as I would be if won by the same score with goals from Messi, Villa and Pedro (with assists from Valdes, Pique and Mascherano, for example).

By the way, Keita did have a hat-trick last season, didn't he? :-)

  27. Les Corts says:

I guess that resting our main players in the cup really was a good move.

  28. Azulgrana says:

That game sums up every reason why i support barca.

  29. LaneCruiser says:

Well that was easily Comment of The Day! lol

  30. xaviniesta says:

joy yes, but faith should never leave :)

the next best thing to winning 5-0 is celebrating with fellow cules. som la gent blaugrana y visca el barca!

  31. xaviniesta says:

obviously messi and villa were brilliant and i was torn but just this time my vote will go to dani alves who was a BEAST. have never seen anyone play so intensely and so single mindedly against a former team (which he loves btw) and scoring even! he didnt hesitate putting that ball in, and then his gesture of not celebrating was pure class. bravo, dani.

  32. Harshawardhan says:

    hahaha….

  33. Ackieda says:

Well said, today was a good day, very proud of my team and very happy for Villa, finally Villa, FINALLYYYYY!! lol

  34. MessiLegend says:

Here i am…………so why??? The Villa critics are BarcaFan anyway….I'm glad Villa scored, I'm glad Barca win…just because we critisized Barca players and you didnt dont make you better then us……………

  35. ssss says:

Maybe Mou refers to Bojan……….. Bojan still having trouble scoring

  36. MessiLegend says:

I bet you will be hiding like FCB when Barca lost again…………ha ha some fans think they are "real fans" for not critisize and think the others that sometimes critisized Barca players are not " real fans" . LIKE YOU, indeed youre the pathetic one………..we all Barca fans, critisized or not, we are all love Barca………

  37. Harshawardhan says:

true that.. MVAMV hehehhe.. am so happy!

  38. Harshawardhan says:

    sorry i meant M V A V M

  39. @Tilemaxx says:

We yet have to find if Villa is a flop…

  40. KhaledBarcalb says:

    Great Game by Barca !!
Villa is Back:) AnD Messi is Great like ALways..

I said it last month and i will repeat it: " Barca for the Sixtuple ") MARK MY WORDS :D

    Visca el Barca:D

  41. culé007 says:

nope, he was saying something like "some teams has bought a striker more expensive than benzema and these strikers hasn't score a goal yet" it clearly refers to our residence brand new striker, and last night villa has scored twice and special one could SUCK IT!

  42. Rouhani_9 says:

I am also overjoyed man. The other day I was watching the 08-09 CL final and noticed how unpredictable we used to be on the attack. There was always three or four options to go forward. Lately it had seemed that we lost that unpredictability; that we would always feed Messi and hope for the best. It seems that after today, we've reacquired that unpredictability that allowed us to kill top teams. Villa's form was exceptional. Messi was on form as always. Pedro and Alves gave nothing but excellent options on the attack, and were all over the field. With this form, Madrid's got nothing on us
Culés, Barca's back, with a vengeance.

  43. soldout2barca says:

Still bliv we can do better which makes madrid our future dinner. The lady called christy scores goals that just piss me d hell off and he actually celebrates like 'I cant bliv i just did that' so annoying!……He's saving grace is ozil n di maria…..that was proven in the tie they had with murcia…….he's crap on his own…..well, some good shots but thats as far as it goes……i bet he dreams he could be like messi someday…….I bet he prays nothing ever happens to di maria and ozil. Barca gave me more than a reason to smile yesterday. Mou- shut d hell up! Ur starting 2 b randomly wrong boy!……Villa is and will always b loved by those who know his worth…..His guns have been imported from Valencia and they sure r smoking!!!…….Viva barcelana!!!!

  44. soldout2barca says:

Messi's first goal was my fav. he put the keeper and 2 defenders to the floor with a single body movement b4 sliding d ball through. Pure '1 second' great thinking. Alves – Karate Kid!……..Villa……Well…..enough said above…..he will always b sensational (wish him the best)……Pedro has so much confidence he just makes my boat rock!……Puyol as always plays from the heart….got a yellow card 4 no damn reason…..Abidal was a rock with style…..well, xavi n ini…..dnt need no comment…..bojan will score goals……villas goals will motivate him….all others were brilliant and dedicated as always. Brilliant performance. Glad2 b a fan….(Good or bad).

  45. Pudgey says:

Best match I have ever seen

  46. cescanto says:

Umm..I think it's pretty obvious Tilemaxx was being sarcastic and making fun of 'fans' who turn against barca easily and are too quick to criticise.

  47. Barca played great yesterday. The first goal helped to watch much more goals. Barca has scored 17 goals in the 4 last matches against Sevilla in Camp Nou!

  48. Jad Bakri says:

    what a goal from villa
i think it will be the second best gola in the (LIGA BBVA)SPANISH LEAGUE

  49. bc22 says:

Wow.. this page reads like a Villa-fanclub jerk fest instead of a Barca blogsite :D Just because Villa finally score and everyone is over-flowing with tears of joy. Please… People, just scoring 2 goals in ONE GAME is not enough to shut up the critics. Villa need to do more, and that means he has to score CONSISTENTLY. Perhaps not in every match, but at least once every 2-3 matches is not too much to ask for from a top-class striker we paid 40 million for.
