According to Catalan news daily El Mundo Deportivo, FC Barcelona and Swedish international forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent, Mino Raiola, wants to calm the fires that his comments from the weekend caused and will ask for forgiveness in an interview to be broadcast on the program ‘Primer tòc’ of RAC1.
England came from behind to win the UEFA European Under-17 Championship 2010,e for the first time in a high-quality final against a talented Spain side. Two FC Barcelona players Gerard Deulofeu (16) and Eduard ‘Edu’ Campabadal started the match for Spain, with the former opening the scoring for the Spanish through a deflected shot.
The future of Barcelona forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic (28) has become a constant subject of speculation after the signing of David Villa from CF Valencia ended successfully. Zlatan’s agent, Mino Raiola, indicated that a transfer to England might help the player to regain his spectacular form he had during his time with Inter.
As the league neared its nail-biting finale this past season, it became more apparent than ever how Barca has a huge number of players who are willing to stand up and be counted on when times turn tough. Leading from the front, inspiring the fans whilst also setting an example for their colleagues on the field.
Many players are cut from this noble cloth – Xavi, Puyol, Pique, Messi, Valdes – but considering the seniority and experience of these players, it is perhaps unsurprising how they stepped up to the plate. However it is not only the most mature and respected members of the squad who found form during some of the most high-tension moments of the season.
