Cultural Leonesa coach, Yosu Uribe yesterday has admitted to have “virtually” written off his team’s chances of overturning the two goals deficit against Barcelona and will from now on focuses their effort on their promotion “fight” from Segunda B, according to Catalan paper El Mundo Deportivo.

FC Barcelona coach, Pep Guardiola, however, believes Cultural Leonesa still has the opportunity to reverse the tie as “ninety minutes in the second leg at the Camp Nou is still very long time”.
He also praised the “domination” made by his team in the match, as it was “something that the team had intended (to do) from the beginning,” acknowledging that the goal just before the break did help calm the players down.
Asked about his choice of using reserve players, he said he had weigh “the seriousness of the match” adding that Jeffren, playing for the first time as a right-back, is “very disciplined and with enormous potential, despite suffering (a little bit), has put in his best effort,” whereas Pedro had “once again proven that he has a gift in front of goal and I am very happy for him”.
