Pirlo was great, but nowhere near Xavi now. Also, the "goal scoring machine" that he is in Madrid doesn't automatically make him the 2nd best directly. Zlatan also moved clubs... and he has as many or more goals for Barca than Ronaldo...plus so many more assists. That would make Zlatan a better player in fact. And prior to this Zlatan was leading a very mediocre Inter side and constantly their best player and winning the Serie A, while Ronaldo was at a Man Utd with better players. So over time I would say even Zlatan is a better. I agree Ronaldo is a brilliant player, but i just don't see him as the undisputed 2nd best or best player. If you gave me choice to swap Ronaldo for either Xavi, Messi, Zlatan today(in those positions), i wouldn't take it. Not because I hate Ronaldo but because i genuinely dont think he is better than any of those players. anyways.. thats just my opinion, everyone is entitled to their own.
