Barcelona following Fernando Belluschi

Barcelona following Fernando Belluschi

Unconfirmed sources claim that Barcelona are following Porto attacking midfielder Fernando Daniel Belluschi (26). Barcelona coach Josep Guardiola would reportedly be a fan of the Argentinian player, who has been tracked by the Catalan club since his days in Argentinian team River Plate. Belluschi has struggled in his first season in Portuguese league, where he joined from Olympiacos, but that hasn’t put off Guardiola, who reportedly rates highly the midfielder’s versatility.

i dont believe they are rumors.. we have to follow more than one player and then break it down and remember people following does not mean we are going to sign it means we are scouting to see if he will become better and possibly good enough for us so dont get pissed. it's when you hear barca preparing bid for this player is when you should be angry if you don't like that person.

it's shocking that many believe keirrison is a failure when he hasn't even been given the chance yet are u guys that impatient or are u just bias towards bojan because he hasn't been given many chances and we all love him. why is that? la masia product? is there something about him that makes us believe he is the future? i want to know.

chygrynskiy is also new and defenders coming into barca is tough because we don't cover them as much as other teams do.. put john terry in barca and see how well he does without a essien ballack malouda super defending to help him. give him more time as well or u will look foolish when or if he becomes great and u suddenly praising him… that's being fickle.

henrique/caceres… all i have to say is these guys were asked to be world class from the beginning and that ain't easy in barcelona.. we play one way u change your style to suite us cause we wont change to suite u. i never expected them to be stars at the start but i believed they would grow into the team. this loaning business is crap to me cause all they are doing is learning how that other team play and then they bring it back to barca which doesn't work. you can learn alot by training with the stars and in copa del rey and few minutes in some games if won.. look at pedro he is the biggest example.

agreed. lets not discard people just because we follow them. thats the point of scouting anyways!!!
this guy may or may not be eventually suitable for us. But following a potentially future good player is one way to do it… unlike the other way…("oh lets buy galactico players only after they win a ballon d'or!")
And whats up with people trashing Chygrinskiy? He is NOT a waste… i remember very well Pique was not exactly that good in the beginning of last season. It took even the great Pique half a season to adjust. And he is a player from the cantera!
and i know how people love JDS, thiago and sergi roberto… but does anyone really think they are ready to play at the top most level right now? would you start JDS/Thiago instead of xavi against Dynamo Kiev when qualification is on the line? if the answer is no.. then they need more time. First they have to prove themselves in other tournaments.. like copa del rey and then slowly phase them into the team. Bojan is still struggling to establish himself, and we all know how gio dos santos turned out when given the chance too early.

      • bojan is not struggling???when he gets a start he scores or does well….yeahh how is he suppose to look great when guardiola plays him 5 minutes every 3 games, players need a certain amount of games to be at their best….I believe in bojan so much that i rather see him leave barcelona if he keeps playing 5 minutes every 3 games…guardiola is slowing down his progress, and im sure many teams would give bojan more chances, its sad but the reality under frank rikkard bojan was at his best and scoring and got many starts.if messi was to play 5 minutes every 3 games how great will he be..so stop this bs and dont critize bojan i blame guardiola…and today ibra play horrible why didn't bojan come out the bench??you got to critize guardiola for not using the bench enough….

I disagree about your 5 mins every 3 games logic… he played a full game against Xerez(bottom most side) and wasn't that good at all. Am not saying pedro was good in that game either… but bojan was given a chance. guardiola does use his bench… he uses pedro and with 10 goals out of 20 games i cant complain much. he created the chance for messi against depo. even under rijaard bojan was not that effective.
and please lets not compare messi with bojan. i dont need to see a full 90 mins of bojan to know that he cant do the things messi can.
I am not against bojan at all.. i am just agreeing with what pep is doing.. if pedro were to play badly, am sure bojan wud have been called upon more. but for now pedro is doing well bojan has to do much more in training to get a chance.
and how can you even think about playing bojan for ibra against kiev??? LOL!.. bojan wud have barged off the ball so easily. even when ibra has a bad game.. he can still change things instantly… bojan our centre forward against kiev? can't believe you are serious… LOL!

  10. Barca fan says:

Bojan played as many minutes as Pedro in the spanish supercup games, european supercup, initial season games and most recently against xerez. and the rest of the time he was injured in between.
that is not exactly 5 mins in 3 games.
also… comparing the two.. pedro has outshone bojan. if i remember correctly… it was pedro who scored in every tournament. (spanish and european supercups, copa del rey, etc). pedro and bojan have had equal minutes in two of them.
